Digital Fallout is a series of several accidental glitches that have abruptly surfaced on the computer monitor while online in both China and the US. It encapsulates glitches that occur from sporadic slowing Internet speeds, creating temporary bouts of digital fallout.

This work explores the relationship people have with the internet as it has become a vital part of the modern world interweaving into many aspects of our lives, changing our social interactions and landscapes. It also recognizes institutional efforts who shape the internet experience within their cultural context, attempting to control an information platform that is not fully controllable.
